Cycling requires specific muscle work to have comfort and balance in the body. I’ve devised general videos that address these needs but truthfully each individual athlete needs specific attention to what feels tight on them, which varies widely person to person.
The best method to get started on a mobility and core routine is to do 10-15 minutes 4-5 times a week. Once you’ve done this for 5-6 weeks it is easy to maintain as a daily habit like brushing and flossing your teeth.
I offer custom videos and online guidance to athletes around the world, helping empower them to perform better and avoid injury and general discomfort on and off the bike.
In the 40 day program you receive an intro email with questionnaire, a follow up phone call, 5 videos(one per week), option for questions via email, and conclusion phone call.
The videos build progressively and are custom to your needs, ability, and health history.
Each video is 10-15 minutes and easy to fit in even during a busy day.
