Decathlon has good deals on clothing and helmets as well as other gear.
https://www.bikesdirect.com
Bikes Direct has great deals on all kinds of bikes at different budgets. I’ve never ridden any but reviews are good and I probably will get a bike from them someday.
11 Speed Entry Level Bike from Bikes Online
Bikes online also seems like a great resource. The bike listed in this link is a type I’d recommend for someone’s first road bike. I haven't ridden this specific bike but a bike with Shimano 105 11 speed that is about $1,000 is ideal in my opinion. More soon on how to pick your first road bike!
The Black Bibs
The Black bibs is a great resource and has all types of cycling clothing as well as one of the best deals on bibs and shorts.

If you want to go down the Ali Express Rabbit Hole Trace Velo is an excellent guide! It is a bit of a crap shoot but I have made some sweet scores from this site for sure!
New Update!
Costco is an amazing resource for Clothes, and Fuel!
Video Coming soon Documenting these steals:)
In short, Head Running Gloves are amazing for cycling, the Costco socks and base layers work wonders for cycling as well!
FB Market Place is an amazing resources for cycling gear, the problem is if you are new to the sport it is hard to know if a used bike is damaged or not ect. I you can get an experienced friend to view something with you then steals are available!!
Lets Talk Food!
Ride food is becoming more expensive all the time, Banana's, Fruit Snacks, Fig Bars and a good ol PBNJ work great. Don't get sucked into paying a huge amount for simple sugars. If your riding a lot on a budget you can fuel with great ingredients for way less money. Potatoes for instance work as well as cliff bars~ maybe better!
