Create Beauty with your ShadowFor my whole life I have been a lover of humor. My sense of humor is a way for me to exonerate my shadow side and try to use artistry to turn darkness into light. In no way does my Stand Up Career represent what I believe in as a yoga teacher or what my real world view is. Its art and sometimes very dark and vulgar. For me I separate this world from teaching and being a family man. I do however find having an artistic outlet for my shadow side and childish side to be very good for preventing me from the shadow slipping into my daily life and teaching work. I appreciate anyones willingness towards understanding and wish everyone a life filled with laughter and wholeness.
